Due to continuous growth FROSCH has a terrific opportunity for a After Hours Travel Advisor to provide support virtually or based in any of our U.S. office locations. In this role you will provide back-office support for various systems and assisting with managerial projects and initiatives. As a Travel Advisor II- After Hours, you will be responsible for managing the travel reservations of clients from their initial request to completion. This will include arranging all elements of travel such as coordinating airline, hotel, car rental, and other travel needs. You will work on a collaborative team that will demand the highest level of customer service. In this role, you will utilize your travel advisor skills, build relationships with clients, and act as a consultant for all aspects of their travel needs. We are looking for an ambitious, customer service-oriented individual who thrives on delivering the unexpected. This position requires someone who will not only strive for excellence but will also exceed our clients' expectations.

As a Travel Advisor II - After Hours, your primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing clients' travel reservations from initial request to completion; this includes coordinating airline, hotel, car rental, rail and other travel needs for clients

  • Process cancellations, alterations, and informing customers when a flight has been delayed or cancelled

  • Utilize proprietary and authorized vendor technologies to manage client profiles, documents, policies, unused ticket management, compliance, and savings documentation

  • Prepare and distribute clients' travel documents

  • Communicate operating standards, protocols, and core values to suppliers and clients appointed to specific arrangements

  • Listen and guide conversations with customers to resolve problems in a timely manner in any circumstance

  • Participate in operational projects, training and functions as appointed by a manager or team lead

  • Providing best-in-class customer service that exceeds clients' expectations

  • Project positive attitude with high energy, diplomacy, and creativity in work strategies

  • Develop relationships with clients to improve the overall service level

Be responsive to client's needs and issue resolution with excellent communication and follow up

Work Environment

  • FROSCH covers the cost of most work-related equipment for remote employees. Other tools, unless deemed essential for your job or medically necessary, may not be covered.

  • Work schedules will vary. Candidates must be willing to work schedules during our operating hours, which may include evenings and weekends

Requirements: Skills & Attributes

  • At least 3 years of recent experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant/Agent or 3 years within an equivalent position is required

  • At least 3 years of full functional use with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre or Apollo is required

  • Ability to use GDS to execute seat assignments and upgrades, and create and send itineraries, ticketing, exchanges, refunds, queue sorting, MCOs, Amtrak tickets, and Phase IVs is required

  • Extensive expertise of domestic and international airports and cities, as well as their inherent logistics as it relates to business/corporate travel is required

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment under stringent deadlines

  • Strong sense of urgency as well as ability to adapt to change as needed

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
